Our Designer.

AMY PARDINI / founder + principal designer Amy grew up in Northern Michigan and knows first hand what a beautiful place this is to call home. After earning her BFA in design, her career began as a textile, print, and apparel designer finding a niche in custom embellishment and embroidery. She spent the next 12 years honing her design aesthetic in London, New York City, Philadelphia and Nashville for brands like Anthropologie, J.Crew, and Tracy Reese, dressing everyone from First Ladies to Hollywood actresses and being featured in publications like Vogue, InStyle and Town & Country. All the while, Amy was pursuing her other passion of designing and remodeling homes for friends and family on the side. Eventually her love for interior design (and the constant prodding from her happy clients) convinced her to launch her interior design studio full time and Amy knew there was no better place to do so than her hometown.

Amy imbues a bit of her natural eclectic style into all her projects but loves an opportunity to challenge herself and evolve creatively. She curates for her clients a home that suits their taste and functions with their lifestyle. No matter what style she’s asked to embody, each space Amy designs is distinctive, cozy and polished. Rooms flooded with natural light, organic textures, rich colors, mixed metals and effortless styling are all characteristic of a home designed by AP Interiors.

Our Studio.

AP Interiors is a residential interior design studio based in Traverse City, MI, founded by Amy Pardini. Our focus is on creating distinctive interior environments from large-scale remodels to one room makeovers that expertly reflect your personal taste and fit your budget. AP Interiors works in-person with clients in Northern Michigan and virtually with clients nationwide.

At AP Interiors we do our best to eliminate the uncertainty and decision fatigue that typically comes with home makeovers by offering evocative digital presentations to aid our clients in visualizing their space and making confident decisions. We assist clients with a wide range of design challenges including the selection of architectural details and finishes, collaborating with contractors and architects, and decorating a beautiful functional space with furniture, fabrics, and decor that is tailored to your lifestyle and living space. Our studio does not provide contractor services; so independent architects and contractors hired by our clients are an integral part of the design process.
